CIRCULAR 1 OF 2018: LAUNCH OF ONLINE COMPLAINTS FORM
In an effort to improve our service and be more efficient, the FAIS Ombud is proud to announce that effective 24 August 2018, complainants will now be able to lodge a complaint in electronic format on our website (www.faisombud.co.za).
The functionality makes provision for documentation to be uploaded with the submission of a complaint. Once the complaint is submitted, the complainant will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 2 working days.
