Absa appoints Patrice Motsepe as a non-executive director, to the Absa Group Limited and Absa Bank Limited boards, effective 9 July 2004.
Motsepe is the executive chairman of African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) and deputy chairman of Sanlam, and owner of Sundowns Football club.
