Old Mutual plc: Final Timetable for Acquisition of the Remaining Minority Shareholding in Mutual & Federal
Further to today’s announcement by Mutual & Federal Insurance Company Limited (“Mutual & Federal”) that all outstanding conditions precedent to the transaction have been fulfilled, Old Mutual plc ("Old Mutual") sets out below some final salient dates and times in relation to Old Mutual’s offer to acquire those Mutual & Federal shares not currently beneficially owned by Old Mutual and/or its subsidiaries, by way of a scheme of arrangement (“Scheme”). Application for the listing of the Scheme consideration shares will be made by Old Mutual to the relevant exchanges on which Old Mutual is listed.
