Mutual & Federal Risk Financing Limited announces partnership with SA Guarantee Specialists

Unlike in some other parts of the world, the rental guarantee market in Africa is still relatively untapped. This is why our team at Mutual & Federal Risk Financing Limited is excited to announce that we have entered into a partnership with the underwriting management agency, SA Guarantee Specialists (Pty) Limited, from 1 July 2017. This strategic partnership allows the Old Mutual Group to broaden our offering to benefit clients, customers and the rest industry.  

Mutual & Federal Risk Financing is a wholly owned subsidiary of leading short-term insurer Old Mutual Insure and have AAA Fitch rating. On the other hand, SA Guarantee Specialists is leading the way in the rental and lease guarantees market, especially in the commercial rental market.

This powerful combination will allow us to bring valuable expertise into industry as we launch our first-in-the-industry niche product line to protect landlords and tenants.
