Liberty Group Finance Director resignation

Liberty Holdings has announced that the Group Finance Director Mr Casper Troskie has relinquished his position with the company and resigned from the board to join a competitor of Liberty. Mr. Troskie’s resignation is with immediate effect but is subject to a contractual three month notice period during which time Mr. Troskie will be available to Liberty.

Commenting on Mr. Troskie’s resignation, the CEO of the company Mr David Munro stated, "Casper has led our finance organization through a number of organizational changes and challenges over the last 7 years. I would like to thank Casper for his contribution, and wish him well in his future endeavours.”

The appointment of his successor will be subject to the appropriate processes including the finalisation of regulatory and administrative approvals.
