Infiniti acquires Legal Sense

Legal Sense established in 2006 is the only company in S.A. that specialises in providing commercial legal expenses insurance services to SMEs - which is a relatively new concept to S.A. but common-place in the UK, USA and Europe. Ever-changing regulatory legislation and the introduction of the pivotal National Credit Act and the Consumer Protection Act, means businesses are exposed and this exposure seems to be increasing as our economy develops. Infiniti Legal Sense has developed an insurance product to cater for and support S.A. business specifications – which include the drafting of all business contracts, assistance with labour issues, the chairing of disciplinary hearings, the debt collection, legal advice and assistance on all business-related matters, disputes and litigation.
