Arie de Ridder, Hollard Group Procurement Manager said, "This conference is necessary. We have more than 50 brokers who are mandated to settle claims on behalf of Hollard. We want to bring our brokers and suppliers together in order for them to understand where Hollard Group Procurement is going. Although our current procurement practices have served us well, there’s always room for improvement. We are moving with the times, by sharing our new strategy aimed at making procurement simpler, more effective and making life easier for our partners and suppliers.”
“Unlocking value for our clients means removing unnecessary costs and wastage from our supply chain whilst maintaining meaningful commercial and supplier management arrangements with our suppliers. We’re quite committed to control the average cost per claim per category because it will stabilise, and in some cases reduce loss ratios,“ De ridder concludes.
