05 August 2015 | | GENRIC

GENRIC and Empire Fleet partner to ensure insurers’ clients are served promptly.

Empire Fleet Solutions, an independent replacement vehicle rental broker, has chosen GENRIC Insurance Company as its preferred insurance carrier.

Empire Fleet has a vast network of outlets and rental vehicles nationwide that allows insurance companies to service their policyholders anywhere in the country.

“We see a bright future with GENRIC,” says Ilze Winter, Legal Adviser at Empire Fleet Solutions. “When we started looking for an insurance carrier, we immediately clicked with GENRIC. They are available, prompt and very respected. We are thrilled to have them on board as our insurance carrier.”

Keeping policyholders on the move

When an insured car is being repaired under an insurance policy, such as Tyre & Rim or extended warranty, mobility of the policyholder is paramount. Empire Fleet’s phenomenal network allows for insurance companies to fulfil the terms of these policies and keep policyholders mobile by providing the substitute vehicle while the insured car is being repaired.

“Empire Fleet has vast capacity and an impeccable reputation,” says Cornel Schoeman, Chief Commercial Officer of GENRIC. “Clearly there is huge benefit in having them on your side as an insurance company when you have to service a policyholder. Partnering with GENRIC also means that we can increase Empire Fleet’s portfolio and increase solutions for its customers.”

Empire Fleet was formed in 2004, backed by more than 25 years of car rental experience. Its focus has been on servicing the insurance industry, priding itself on giving its customers a personalised experience.
