SMART BOLD moves forward

SMART BOLD (PTY)LTD was founded on the 1st September 2016 by Mr Nkanyiso Oscar Ndlovu its Director after serving 2 years as Financial adviser at Old Mutual South Africa. 

The Company was accredited by the National Credit regulator(NCR) on 11 November 2016 to issue loans to the general public not exceeding R15000. 

As the Company Director I believe we are receiving guidance from our underwriters and all our schemes are underwritten and that includes all our members.  

We accepted the investigation by the FSCA, however the press release failed to mention that the errors that were in question were in the year 2020 and that now the company is fully underwritten by African Unity Life.  

Currently the company is finalising its agreement with another insurance company(Safrican)  and all our members will be notified in writing once the agreement has been completed. 

After several meetings with the FSCA we accepted the fine of R50000.

We have moved forward and are working hard to achieve exceptional growth and providing our clients with exceptional service.
