Partnership enables provision of next gen data enrichment services to insurance clients

Genasys Technologies UK has extended its client proposition with the addition of Percayso Inform to its ecosystem.
Recently launched in the UK, Percayso Inform is able to analyse, assess and select the best data from trusted partners as well as augment, improve and simplify multiple data sets to deliver better insurance outcomes.

As well as accessing all the standard data enrichment sources, Percayso Inform provides full and multi bureau credit information alongside its own consumer consented and contributed data – a unique offering in the market.
Andre Symes, director at Genasys Technologies UK, says: “The concept of data enrichment is nothing new – however there’s data and then there’s data. On top of that, GDPR has put a small spanner in the works when it comes to customers giving consent for their data to be accessed and used.

“The consent journeys and portal that Percayso Inform has built overcomes that issue. They’ve built a completely fresh approach that will empower insurers to use data more accurately to benefit both the policyholder and their business. Having a complete picture of the customer will allow them to select business appropriate to their appetite, generate a greater level of personalisation on quotes, all resulting in a positive impact on their loss ratios. We are delighted to be able to integrate Percasyo Inform into our overall proposition to the insurance industry.”

Percayso Inform managing director, Richard Tomlinson, comments: “Our next generation insurance intelligence will support insurers and brokers to help them understand their customers in order to serve them better. Appreciating that insurance businesses need to react swiftly to market changes, we were particularly pleased to become involved with Genasys.
“The flexibility of their platform enables rapid speed of deployment, whether setting up something new or adapting an existing programme. This is a real win as far as we’re concerned when it comes to enabling insurers and brokers to stay one step ahead in a hugely dynamic marketplace.”

The Genasys Software Key to Insurance – SKi® as it’s more widely known – supports all kinds of insurance businesses from insurers and MGAs to brokers and third party administrators, and multiple products across both commercial and personal lines. A pay as you use system SKi comprises different modules allowing businesses to pick and choose what they need.
