"The cherry on top was the 75 percent of our members who claimed they would recommend Fedhealth to friends and family. These survey results attest to the fact that we place great emphasis on ensuring our members receive the best service possible and keeping our Medical Aid benefits Real," he says.

"We hope that these results will reinforce to the public that now is the time to really consider their alternatives when choosing a medical scheme carefully. Unlike a life insurance that only pays out once, your relationship with your medical scheme is far more intimate. Having concerns dealt with timeously, receiving professional advice and knowing claims will be dealt with efficiently is critical. We will continue to work hard at keeping our service at a high standard and ensuring that we are really there for our members when they need us most," he concludes.
