Europ Assistance South Africa celebrates its thirtieth anniversary in September, and does so as a leader in the assisted services industry. Indeed, their continued commitment to innovation saw them winning the coveted Most Innovative Stand award at the recent Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) conference. This is testament to Europ Assistance South Africa’s efforts to move away from conventional services and evolve their offerings into products that remain relevant and current in all areas of their clients’ lives.

The company has, for the past thirty years, offered consumers a ‘World of Care Services’, by providing a wealth of lifestyle services that enable clients to live a life that is simpler, safer, healthier and more convenient.   •         24Fix Autoglass - 24Fix has a 24-hour incident management contact centre geared to handle all your auto glass requirements. With fitment capabilities country wide ensuring that auto glass repair or replacement is hassle-free.
  •         24Fix Solar - 24Fix is all about providing household service solutions and the introduction of a solar service offering is a relevant extension to Europ Assistance SA’s service range. With the purchase of any of their products, they will obtain the Eskom rebate on the client’s behalf and help him or her to finance the balance of the cost.
