Credit Guarantee opens Nelspruit office

Credit Guarantee Insurance Corporation officially opened its Nelspruit office today.

At a cocktail lunch attended by clients and brokers, Roger Munitich, General Manager Sales and Marketing, said, “The Nelspruit/Mpumalanga/Maputo corridor has been a growing area for Credit Guarantee and with more than 200 clients in the region, it makes sound business sense to have a presence in Nelspruit.”

Wilma Griesel, an experienced senior underwriter, will head up the office. Wilma will focus on acquiring new business – i.e. companies that sell locally in South Africa or export from the region, and she will also serve the existing client base.

“A key function will also be to visit buyers on whom we provide cover for other clients as this gives us a first-hand look at the company, the management, the products as well as the financial aspects of the company,” concluded Munitich.
