Auto & General Insurance launches a ‘Private Banker’ service model for its brokers
After a successful eight-month pilot in Gauteng, Auto & General Insurance is now rolling out its new ‘private banker’ service model to Brokers in Kwa-Zulu Natal.
According to Tania Joffe, Head of Auto & General Brokers: “Convenience, added value and support are the cornerstones of our new service model. Like private bankers, our team of dedicated relationship consultants are on hand, 24/7, to support brokers, eliminating the need for different interactions across numerous departments.”
Joffe adds that the Auto & General relationship consultants are able to provide quick resolution on, for example, policy amendments, retentions, payments or claims and have access to senior management forums should they need to escalate a query.
“It’s personalised and efficient and to date, has been very well-received. Since we launched this model, sales have increased by 101% from supporting brokers and our Net Promotor Score has increased by 54%,” says Joffe.
“Our new service model forms part of our enhanced offering to brokers. It gives our broker partners tools that will make it easier for them to reach and retain clients,” concludes Joffe.
