The Financial Services Exchange (Pty) Ltd – T/A ASTUTE, South Africa’s leading provider of electronic financial data switching and exchange has announced the launch of the new Astute Online Consolidated Client Portfolio (CCP) system to South Africa’s financial services market.

The ASTUTE CCP System offers financial service providers rapid access to client policy and investment information to assist with conducting financial needs analysis (FNA) for individual clients. Having serviced the industry for the past 15 years, the new online CCP System’s core functionality remains the same but is now showcased in a modernised look and feel with enhanced navigation and incorporates the latest sector terminology.

On the 7th November 2015 ASTUTE migrated the last of its users to the new system, providing registered users comprehensive information to roughly 800 products and benefits commonly found in the long-term risk and investment markets. The new system also boasts security upgrades and integrates a new pin code login functionality to further protect users and client’s confidential information.

Jacques Rossouw, ASTUTE’s Managing Director explains, “The team have put extensive work into getting the new CCP System live and we’re excited about offering the financial services sector a streamlined, cutting edge interface. The concept behind the design of ASTUTE Online was to evolve our website concept to create a paralleled framework to house the CCP system. Through this latest innovation we aim to offer an enhanced service to the 22 000 clients using the system, while creating an online platform for our complimentary products to migrate to in the near future. Our team is fully geared up for the change, with training material already being distributed to our client portfolio. It certainly is an exciting time for us as a business.”
