Aquarius moves to Hollard

This year has proved to be a momentous one for Aquarius. Our team received two prestigious awards, namely the Underwriting Manager (UMA) of the Year Award from the Financial Intermediaries Association (FIA), and the Diamond Award from PMR Africa, in the Leaders and Achievers category. These awards demonstrate our dedication and passion for our business and our stakeholders.

As you may be aware our primary goal this year was the successful implementation of our new technology platform and the migration of data. While we acknowledge that this project impacted service delivery we assure you that going forward our partners and customers will have an improved experience. Thank you for your support and understanding.

After almost four (4) years we say goodbye to the Zurich Insurance Company South Africa Limited and effective 1 November 2013 we are placing our mutual clients’ insurance needs with The Hollard Insurance Company Limited.

Hollard is a respected brand with a history of building sustained partnerships through its fresh thinking approach. In its own right and as testimony to its on-going commitment to delivering innovative solutions, Hollard won the Personal and Commercial Lines Insurer of the Year Award, from the FIA.

Please be informed that we will be sending you letters addressed to each and every policyholder to inform them that Hollard will be their new insurer. These letters with an updated statutory notice will be delivered electronically to your inbox by the 25th of September 2013. Please look out for this communication so you may inform policyholders accordingly.
