CIB Insurance spreads wings to new building
Adding to the exciting growth CIB Insurance has already experienced in the first half of 2008, CIB Insurance is now proud to announce the completion of CIB TWO and CIB THREE, the new buildings constructed to neighbour the existing CIB Insurance building. “We are truly excited about the completion of CIB TWO and THREE” says Douglas Donnelly, CEO for CIB Insurance. “Our need for the new buildings reflects our growth over the last couple of years, and is indicative of the hard work and dedication of our amazing people”.
Boasting a coffee shop, beauty salon and gym for CIB employees, CIB TWO is more than just office space; it is a home away from home for the employees in the Riley Road Office Park in Bedfordview. “The ‘CIB Way’ has always been to make our employees feel a part of a family away from home” says Donnelly. “CIB TWO was designed to create an environment of increased productivity but also to have a climate that inspires creativity and open thinking. We wanted the space to be relaxing and funky where our employees can socialise, de-stress, and generally enjoy a healthier work lifestyle”.
The two buildings, totalling 6000m2 and R65 Million were designed to mirror the modern design of CIB ONE, thereby emphasising the modern outlook to business incorporated into the everyday operating practices at CIB Insurance. “We pride ourselves on breaking away from conventionality and modernizing our business practices to increase our productivity and offer greater service to our brokers” says Donnelly.
“The move to CIB TWO has been greatly anticipated by everyone on the CIB team, and has been carefully planned so as not to affect the everyday operating practices of our team or our brokers” concludes Donnelly.
