Zurich launches Body Corporate Insurance Product

Zurich Insurance Company South Africa, a leading global insurer, is pleased to announce the launch of its short term insurance solution for Body Corporate, Home Owners Associations or Sectional Title Trustees Boards governed by the Sectional Title Act No.

The Body Corporate Insurance policy is a single policy that can be tailor-made to give our customers the protection they need.”

The product provides insurance cover for building and common property, legal liability, Trustees liability, accidental damage to public supply connections and loss of rent receivable from property as a result of damage to property rendered uninhabitable including owners alternative accommodation.
