Zurich aquires total shareholding in New Wheels

John Towsey, CEO of New Wheels recently sent out the letter below :-

I am pleased to let you know that an agreement has been concluded where Zurich Insurance
Company South Africa Limited will acquire the total shareholding of New Wheels Underwriting
Agency (Pty) Limited.

Zurich has been New Wheels’ risk carrier, providing support which has been greatly appreciated by
the agency, since June 2013. The acquisition takes our partnership to the next level in that it
provides us with the opportunity to expand significantly under the Zurich banner. We will also
benefit from Zurich’s network of offices throughout South Africa.

New Wheels will continue to operate from our existing premises in Bryanston, whilst integration
plans are developed, and you will continue to be provided with the service you have come to expect.
