The institute is focused on providing a variety of quality courses to address the specific analytical training needs of organisations in both the consumer and the commercial credit environments.

With the focus on both the consumer and commercial markets, the Institute has initially developed four consumer courses and one commercial course. - Technical development of an application scorecard within the acquisition phase of the credit cycle. Scheduled to begin on 18 November 2008
- Value of data. Scheduled to begin on 25 November 2008
The following one-day course is available within the commercial environment:
- Applying analytics and decisioning within the commercial credit assessment process. Scheduled to begin on 4 November 2008
