Vacancy: PROFIDA Trainer & Support
Computer Science Software (Pty) Ltd is a specialized software developer focused in the insurance and financial services industry.
For our PROFIDA Support Team we are looking for a team player experienced in the short-term or life insurance sector to support and train PROFIDA Users.
PROFIDA Insurance Management Software is employed by brokers, administrators and underwriters for policy, underwriting and claims administration as well as premium collection and gives a diversified and exciting field to apply your insurance knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Telephonic and email support for the PROFIDA User Community
- Analyze software related queries and reported issues
- Testing of new software features and facilities
- User trainings
- Drawing up of training guides and other Helpdesk material
Key Competencies
- Client and service orientated
- Good communication skills, telephonic and written
- Confident and energetic
- Ability to work fairly independently and have initiative
- Good numeric and analytical skills
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance industry (short term, or life, or funeral or GAP insurance or financial planning)
- Experience with premium collections advantageous
- Computer Skills:
- general computer literacy a requirement (Word, Excel, Windows Explorer)
- Knowledge of the PROFIDA system an advantage
Other Information
- The PROFIDA Office is located in the Northern Suburbs (Durbanville)
- Own transport required
- Job requires some travel to JHB or Durban
- Availability: To start as soon as possible
- Salary commensurate with experience
