Job Specifications:

 • Handling, processing and settlement of claims
• Claims cost management
• Nogotiating and handling of complex matters
• Servicing of clients
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Liaising with the necessary stakeholders to successfully resolve queries and complaints
• Managing and delivering tasks, duties and projects over and above normal daily duties as and when requested/required
• May approve or deny claim authorisations or payments, with company guidelines and mandates
• To assist with training lower-level Claims Technicians and provide support.

Requirements:

Minimum NQF4 qualification: be FAIS complaint
Regulatory Exam (Preferable/advantage)
Computer Literacy
Strong Communication-,conflict handling- negotiation-; time and desk management-skills
