Old Mutual Insure puts customers at ease during travel adventures

Old Mutual Insure, the short-term insurer previously known as Mutual & Federal is leveraging its rebrand to introduce new products and easier ways of doing business.

The insurer recently launched a competitive, fully automated, online travel insurance solution called travelsure. Customers and brokers simply need to visit the Old Mutual Insure website www.OMInsure.co.za and click on the ‘Travel Insurance’ button to access the product. The online quoting process is simple, seamless and paperless. Due to the technology embedded in this product, Old Mutual Insure can issue a policy within minutes.

The introduction of the new travelsure product and its ease, are further confirmation of the insurers’ commitment to make it easier for its customers and brokers to do business with it.

According to Karen Naidoo, Business Development Executive at Old Mutual Insure Specialty, the introduction of travelsure is good news for brokers and customers. “With the recent rebrand to Old Mutual Insure, we are harnessing opportunities to improve our products to better suit our customers. This has led to the exciting launch of travelsure – a travel insurance product for business and personal use- which is easy to access online through a user friendly interface,” she explained.
