MUA introduces an added benefit to their concierge service

Most affluent individuals have very demanding lives, with jam-packed schedules, and every minute counts. In order to assist their clients in saving their valuable time, MUA Insurance Acceptances launched an additional benefit to their Concierge service offering as part of their 30th birthday celebrations this year. This service has been enhanced and now offers clients an additional six trips per year that they can utilize to take them to or from the nearest airport.

According to Dawie Loots, CEO at MUA, the MUA Concierge service mainly consisted of a drive-me-home service. “However, we have seen that our clients are requesting these services for their airport trips. With this new addition, we are offering our clients a value–added service that will make their lives easier.”

Loots adds that after 30 years of customising solutions for the high net-worth market, it is important to save their valuable time where it matters the most. “MUA has come to understand that the one characteristic that all their clients have in common is a severe lack of time.”

Loots explains that clients can now use the MUA Concierge service to be dropped off or picked up from their nearest airport, for a total of 6 trips per year. “This is in addition to the 12 driver or drive-me-home trips they already enjoy under the MUA Concierge service. The new airport service is available to the policyholder and his/her direct family members, 7 days a week, from 04:00 – 22:00 within a 50km radius of city centres in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Kimberley, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein and Pietermaritzburg.”

This means that the MUA Concierge service now provides its clients with three distinct services. “The driver service includes transporting clients to their hired car in the case of an accident, and picking up clients’ vehicles to be repaired or collected once finished. The drive home safe service picks up clients and their vehicles, should they have one too many drinks. Finally, the airport service takes clients to and from the airport for up to six additional trips per year,” Loots says.

“The MUA Concierge service has now been enhanced even further for the convenience of our policyholders. It is important to remember that in order to use the airport service, the policyholder needs to book the trip 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
